All of the region's 152 km of partly designated Nordic walking trails are suitable not only for enthusiastic Nordic walkers but also for joggers. Beginners will find it easy to get started on short rounds in flat terrain and experienced athletes will get their money's worth on the longer, moderately difficult and sometimes steeper routes. The run around the Walchsee lake is particularly popular.
